MHFAiders are a point of contact if you or someone you are concerned about, are experiencing poor mental health or emotional distress. It empowers them to champion mental health and tackle stigma within their school or organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"174\" height=\"160\" src=\"https:\/\/wellbeing.stjulies.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-304\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is REACT?<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">REACT has been developed by the MYA RAISE Team to support young people in schools with their mental health and wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">REACT programmes follow a train-the-trainer model, in which professionals are trained to deliver the programme in their setting, making it more sustainable and easier to manage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"215\" src=\"https:\/\/wellbeing.stjulies.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-305\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This course is designed for staff in  schools to help implement a whole-school approach to mental health.
